Costume Drama 2018, Revisionist History

The constraints of the category were that the piece had to be inspired by either a particular time period or historical figure and no fabric could be used. I chose to recreate a 1930s evening gown, taking inspiration from films from that era, especially those of Ginger Rogers. The entire dress is constructed out of 16mm film and hot glue with a sash created from black garbage bags.
